The Contra Costa County Rapid Response Team provides customized, confidential and convenient outplacement services.  These services are provided to affected employees through the EASTBAY Works partners, and are at no cost to you. Through their on-site presentations, they can let you know about services available at their career centers, and from other agencies and organizations in the community.

EASTBAYWorks One Stop Career Centers connect people with opportunities for employment.  Staff there can help job seekers with career planning, job training and transition solutions to re-enter the workforce. Benefits include:

• Job search resources: internet, fax, telephones, photocopier
• Job search workshops
• Employer on-site recruitments
• Computer workshops
• Links to training and funding sources
• Trained staff to assist job seekers in transition
